ACTT Grant Guidelines
- Any request MUST be approved by
the ACTT Board prior to purchase.
- Materials funded must not already
be a Home and School Club supported item.
- The maximum individual grant is
$3,500.
- No teacher or staff stipends will
be paid.
- Preference will be given to classroom
materials and supplies that are student related.
- Grants will not be made for materials
that can be purchased through other sources i.e. instructional
materials funds.
- Technology requests must be pre-approved
through the technology coordinator and will be bundled.
If you have a reason to request a specific item (printer,
etc.), please list it. Bulk buys are more cost effective
and will be done whenever possible.
- ACTT will not make the purchases
for you. Once given approval turn in your receipt with
a copy of your grant approval to the Home and School
Club box in the office. All payments must be requested
before May 5th.
