Please note that we really need your help to get the bulk mailing done in a timely manner. The more volunteers that show up the quicker we are done. Even if you can only help for an hour we would love to see you, every set of hands is a help. We are usually in the hall from 8 am to sometimes as late at 11 am depending on how large the mailing is and how many volunteers we have.

The Post Office has become much more strict in their rules so we in turn have to follow them. Many we always have but with more volunteers, helping it will make this go more smoothly. As you can see we only have 3 more regular, mailings upcoming so put these dates on your calendar and we will see you there. You will receive a reminder email if you are on Brenda’s email list and if you are not please email Brenda and have her add you to her list. Her address is FSlootman@aol.com
