the history and social, economic, and political trends and developments
of your nation.
3) Political Profile (5 Points)
The political profile should include the current leader/s of the nation,

Product. This is how much goods a country produces in a given year. GDP
can be per person or in sum. Also include poverty statistics such as unemployment
rate, population below poverty line.
5) Cultural and Health Profile (10 Points)
The profile should include the major languages, ethnic groups, religions,

At the Model United Nations meeting, you will introduce yourself as a representative
of your nation. During your introduction, you will present important information
about your nation as well as your map to identify where your nation is
located and finally, you will present your proposal for help.
The UN proposal should be typed, double spaced in paragraph format. Please include a bibliography with your proposal. The bibliography should include sources used for the poster as well as the proposal. Include the following information in the proposal:
1. After accumulating data on your country describe the TWO most important issues facing this country. Use the data from your research to support your answer. (If you are working alone describe ONE issue.)
2. Discuss the current circumstances concerning the issues and any recent action taken by the UN, member states, and any other members of the international community.
3. Outline your nation’s position on the issues and how your country
would like to address the topics and seek to resolve any problems, concerns,
or conflicts related to that topic. Identify counterarguments to your position.
