Academically, our 1,300 student-athletes held an average unweighted GPA of 3.50. In addition, LGHS students lead by example by volunteering on service projects through both their club affiliations and their athletic teams throughout the community, as well as annually raising over $100,000 for
charities and non-profit organizations.

Los Gatos High School students develop critical thinking, as well as partake in activities that
develop their talents, leadership skills, and character. Our teachers and staff understand how
important it is to build positive relationships with students to help them develop as
independent thinkers within a collaborative community.

“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically.
Intelligence plus character – that is the goal of true education.” – Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
It is an honor to work amongst a community that supports both students intellectual and
character development.
