Schedule Change Requests

2022-23 Class Schedules Available in Aeries

  

Welcome Wildcats, to the 2022-2023 school year!  As we prepare for the start of school, please note a few key items.


CLASS SCHEDULES

Class schedules are now available in Aeries.  To access, please log in to Aeries (https://lgsuhsd.asp.aeries.net/student/LoginParent.aspx) and select the Classes icon.  We strongly recommend printing a copy of your class schedule or saving it to your phone.


WHAT IS MOSAIC?
  

MOSAIC = Making Our School An Inclusive Community. Each student is assigned a MOSAIC period that will meet monthly.  More information regarding MOSAIC will be forthcoming.  



SCHEDULE CHANGES

Schedule changes can ONLY be requested using this Schedule/Course Change Request Form (https://forms.gle/rAUkTPUdPChCAp739).  Changes cannot be guaranteed. They will be accommodated if there is space available in the requested class and there are no conflicts with shifting other classes.  Students should be prepared for their entire schedule and/or teachers to change to accommodate the request. If your counselor was unable to accommodate a previous course change request, you are welcome to complete the request form again.


8/12-8/16: Students can request schedule changes for scheduling errors, class drops, level changes, or elective changes using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.  Schedule change requests can be submitted through the end of day, Tuesday, August 16.  If the change is possible, you will be notified of the change on Wednesday, August 17.


8/18-8/19: For the first two days of school, schedule errors and class drops only will be accommodated using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.


8/22-9/1: Students can request schedule changes for scheduling errors, class drops, level changes or elective changes using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.  Changes will be made, if possible, to begin no later than Tuesday, September 6.


9/1: Last day to request an elective change using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.


9/6-9/30: Only class drops can be accommodated using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.  


9/30 (end of 1st grading period): Students can request to move to a different course level using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.
