Guidance

Los Gatos High School provides various pathways for each student to receive support with their academic planning so they can take full advantage of a range of options upon graduation from high school. The counseling team is comprised of certificated school counselors as well as a college and career specialist.

Our incredible staff members offer support with:

• Creating a comprehensive four-year plan to ensure successful graduation and a successful transition to college and/or career planning.
• Fostering positive and collaborative relationships with both peers and teachers.
• Guiding students through the high school journey, which includes managing time effectively, participating in extracurricular activities, advocating for oneself, and exploring opportunities for volunteering and internships.
• Promoting social and emotional well-being.
