Schedule Change Requests

If you would like to request any course changes in your schedule, you must submit this form, Schedule/Course Change Request for 2024-2025. Use this form to submit a request for a course change for the upcoming school year.  Please note that this is a REQUEST only and changes cannot be guaranteed. Changes can only be accommodated if there is space available in the requested class, and there are no conflicts with your other classes. Students should be prepared for their entire schedule and/or teachers to change to accommodate the requested change. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests, but please know that many classes are full at this time. Thank you!

Below is the tentative timeline/process for schedule changes:

8/9-8/11: Students can request schedule changes for scheduling errors, class drops, level changes, or elective changes using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form. Schedule change requests can be submitted through the end of day, Sunday, August 11. If the change is possible, you will be notified of the change on Monday, August 12.

8/13-8/14: For the first two days of school, schedule errors and class drops only will be accommodated using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.

8/15-8/23: Students can request schedule changes for scheduling errors, class drops, level changes, or elective changes using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form. Changes will be made, if possible, to begin no later than Tuesday, August 27.

8/23: Last day to request course changes using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.

8/27-9/23: Course drops can be accommodated using the Course Drop/Level Change Request Form.  

9/16-9/23 (end of 1st grading period): Students can request to move down to a different course level (ex: English 10 Honors to English 10, Spanish 3 to Spanish 3 in the Global Community, etc.) using the Course Drop/Level Change Request Form. Requests will be accepted through 9/23.
