Schedule Change Requests
SCHEDULE CHANGES
Schedule changes can ONLY be requested using this Schedule/Course Change Request Form. Changes cannot be guaranteed. They will be accommodated if there is space available in the requested class and there are no conflicts with shifting other classes. Students should be prepared for their entire schedule and/or teachers to change to accommodate the request. If your counselor was unable to accommodate a previous course change request, you are welcome to complete the request form again.
Below is the timeline/process for schedule changes:
- 8/8/25 - 8/11/25: Students can request changes for scheduling errors, class drops, level changes, or elective changes using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form (linked above). Schedule/Course change requests can be submitted through the end of day, Monday, August 11. If the change is possible, you will be notified of the change by the end of day Tuesday, August 12.
- 8/13/25 - 8/14/25: For the first two days of school, only schedule errors and class drops will be accommodated using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form.
- 8/15/25 - 8/21/25: Students can request changes for scheduling errors, class drops, level changes, or elective changes using the Schedule/Course Change Request Form. Changes will be made, if possible, to begin no later than Tuesday, August 26.
- 8/21/25: Last day to request an elective change.
- 8/22/25 - 9/5/25 (end of first three full weeks): Students can request changes for class drops or level change using the Course Drop/Level Change Request Form. For level changes, grades will be transferred to the new class. Changes will be made, if possible, to begin no later than Wednesday, September 10.
- 9/8/25 - 9/19/25 (end of 1st six-week grading period): Only class drops will be accommodated using the Course Drop/Level Change Request Form.
- 9/19/25: Last day to drop a class without it going on the transcript.
