Current Students and Recent GraduatesOfficial Transcripts
Current Students and Recent Graduates (within the past two months): For an official transcript, please do not use Parchment to order transcripts. please order through the Webstore using this link. There is no charge for current students to receive an official transcript. 

Unofficial Transcripts
For an unofficial transcript, log into your Aeries account, click the "Grades" tab, click "Transcript", click "Print", and then click "View Report". You can then print or download your unofficial transcript.
Former Students / AlumniTranscripts:
As of June 1, 2026, Los Gatos High is partnering with Parchment to order and send your transcript and other credentials securely. Order Transcripts Here. The cost per transcript is $10.


Diplomas:
1) If you just graduated, please contact the main office to pick up your diploma.
2) If you graduated more than a year ago, please contact The Grad Company (hello@thegradco.com) to order a diploma.
