Peer-to-peer Education

Peer to peer Group

Peer-to-Peer Groups Through the Wellness Center

The Wellness Center is where proactive work takes place in addressing difficult topics of teenage life and promoting healthy choices. Here peer-to-peer education groups (P2P) meet and work collaboratively to identify resources that are most needed and strategies to support their peers. P2P groups create activities, events of campaigns aiming maximum impact on the student body. Our goal is to provide our peers with the support and information they need to navigate their high school years in the best way possible.

Peer to Peer Education consists of four programs. Students who participate in these programs grow as ethical leaders who are positive role models for their peers. In each program, students provide guidance for their peers to better understand high school and contribute to the positive culture of LGHS.
